Masaka Vocational Training Institute (MVTI) is a private institution located in the heart of Masaka City, Uganda. Established with the vision of equipping youth and adults with practical, hands-on skills, MVTI plays a pivotal role in transforming communities through technical and vocational education and training (TVET).
We offer a wide range of competency-based training programs tailored to meet the demands of Uganda’s growing labor market. Our courses span across various disciplines, including Plumbing, Fashion and Design, Automotive Mechanics, Building and Construction, Electrical Installation, and Institutional Catering, among others. Each program is designed to provide both theoretical knowledge and real-world experience, ensuring our graduates are job-ready or prepared to start their own enterprises.

Training of EACOP - ASIGMA student
Masaka Vocational Training Institute is proud to be at the forefront of skilling Uganda’s workforce through its partnership with the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) project. As part of this initiative, we are currently providing specialized technical training to students from Asigma, preparing them for direct involvement in Uganda’s fast-growing oil and gas sector.
