Competency-Based Training Approach

MVTI uses a learner-centred, competency-based training model aligned with industry standards. Training focuses on real occupational tasks through practical demonstrations, supervised practice, and continuous assessment.

Learners spend most of their time in workshops, on demonstration farms, outdoor training areas, and during industrial attachments. Assessment emphasizes task performance, safety, quality of work, problem-solving, and overall readiness for employment.

Short-Term and Non-Formal Training (3–6 months), Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT)-accredited, for learners without O-Level education.

Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy

Provides practical skills in hairstyling, grooming, and beauty treatments for personal or business use.

Tailoring and Embroidery

Trains learners in garment making, stitching, and decorative embroidery techniques.

Welding and Steel Fabrication

Equips learners with hands-on skills in metal joining, fabrication, and repair work.
